Step 1: Configure Your Bet

Step 2: A Card Is Revealed

The round opens with a card drawn and placed face up. This is your base card. Everything in the round is built around this card, as all predictions are made in relation to its value. The card suits run from 2 (lowest) to Ace (highest), with the standard order being 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace.

Step 3: Place Your Prediction Bets

Before the next card is drawn, you choose how you want to bet. Hi Lo offers multiple bet types on each card, and you can use one or several of them simultaneously in the same step:

Higher/Lower is the core bet. Predict whether the next card will be higher or lower in value than the current card. The payout multiplier adjusts dynamically based on the probability. A base card of 4 makes Higher much more likely than Lower, so Higher pays a small multiplier and Lower pays a large one. The reverse applies with a Queen as the base card. Cards in the middle range produce more balanced multipliers.

Red/Black is a prediction on whether the next card will be a red suit (Hearts or Diamonds) or a black suit (Clubs or Spades). A near 50/50 bet that pays a fixed multiplier regardless of the base card's value.

Suit is a prediction on which of the four suits the next card will belong to: Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, or Spades. Four possible outcomes means a lower probability of being correct, so it pays at a higher fixed multiplier than Red/Black.

Number Range is a prediction on whether the next card will fall within the range of 2 to 9. A broader range bet that pays a fixed multiplier.

Odd/Even is a prediction on whether the next card's value will be odd or even. A roughly 50/50 bet paying a fixed multiplier.

Exact Card is a prediction on the precise value and suit of the next card drawn. The hardest prediction to land, with the fewest probability of being correct, and it pays at the highest fixed multiplier available.

The probability of winning each bet type is displayed before you confirm your prediction, so you always know the likelihood and the payout before committing.

Step 4: The Next Card Is Drawn

Once your bets are placed, the next card is drawn and revealed. The game checks all active bet types you wagered on against the new card:

• Any prediction that matches the result pays out its multiplier on that step
• Any prediction that does not match is lost for that step
• If your Higher or Lower bet is correct, the round continues and the new card becomes the next base card for the following step

Step 5: Cash Out or Continue

After each correct Higher/Lower prediction, you face the same decision:

• Cash Out: Simply leave the game with your winnings
• Continue: Place new predictions on the next card and keep building your streak

Variable and Fixed Multipliers

Understanding how multipliers work helps you make better prediction decisions:

Variable multipliers apply to Higher/Lower bets. The multiplier offered changes with every new base card, depending on how likely the outcome is. A prediction with a high probability of being correct (such as Higher when the base card is a 3) pays a small multiplier. A prediction with a low probability of being correct (such as Lower when the base card is a 3) pays a much larger multiplier. The probability percentage and multiplier for both directions are always shown before you bet.

Fixed multipliers apply to all side bet types (Red/Black, Suit, Odd/Even, Number Range, Exact Card). These do not change based on the base card value. The same bet type always pays the same rate regardless of which card is showing.

The core tension in Hi Lo is always the same: cash out while you are ahead, or push for one more correct prediction. The safest approach on any given step is to bet in the direction with the highest probability shown, since this gives the best statistical chance of keeping your streak alive. Set a target multiplier before the round starts and commit to cashing out when it is reached.
