Max entered the iGaming industry in 2022, quickly progressing through VIP management and CRM before finding his footing in Casino Management. It was here that his genuine passion for casino games, combined with a deep understanding of player behaviour, allowed him to drive strategic game delivery across several brands, curating content that was not only commercially sound but truly suited to the audiences it served.
Having spent years observing how players discover, interact with, and make decisions around online casino games, Max brought a distinct perspective when co-founding Buzz Tap Betting. That player-first mindset sits at the core of the brand, shaping everything from the way content is written to how the site is structured and navigated. The goal is simple: to create a resource that feels familiar and intuitive to real players, rather than another faceless affiliate website churning out generic game reviews.
Outside of business, Max is most at home with his feet up somewhere near the beach. He's developed a growing interest in real-life style photography and keeps a close eye on the latest advances in AI, a space he believes will continue to shape the future of digital content and the broader iGaming landscape.

At Momentum Group, Max specialised in optimising game delivery for English-speaking markets including Canada and New Zealand. Working closely with B2B partners and internal stakeholders, he ensured the casino brands under his management maintained a carefully curated, cost-effective game library, keeping both the lobby experience and promotional offerings relevant and well-suited to each player base.
