MEGAFAIR

About MEGAFAIR

MEGAFAIR is not your typical casino game provider. Born from a bold conviction that iGaming needed something fundamentally different, MEGAFAIR set out to carve an entirely new niche - skill-based cash games - in an industry long dominated by slots and RNG. Today, the studio operates a growing portfolio of competitive PVP titles and innovative RNG games, all built around one core philosophy: fair, engaging, and truly entertaining gameplay for a new generation of casino players.

From Idea to Industry Pioneer

MEGAFAIR's story begins in 2019, when co-founder and CEO Yan Shif identified an untapped opportunity at the intersection of mobile casual gaming and online gambling. Inspired by the potential of skill-based gaming he discovered in mobile apps, Shif recognised a gap in the market for games that combine elements of gambling with casual game mechanics. The company was officially founded in 2022, with its first titles launching in 2024, making MEGAFAIR one of the newest and most distinctive voices in the B2B iGaming space.

Registered in Cyprus and operating as a fully remote, globally distributed team, MEGAFAIR has quickly built a reputation as a forward-thinking studio willing to take risks that more established providers won't. "We realised that no one was offering casual skill games to the iGaming industry," Shif explained. That gap became MEGAFAIR's entire mission.

A New Kind of Game

Titles like Mega Bingo Cash and Mega Solitaire take familiar, universally loved formats and reimagine them as competitive cash tournaments. Mega Candy Cash takes it a step further - wrapping strategic decision-making inside a slot-style visual format where players choose from an option of symbols to populate their paylines, rather than relying on a random outcome.

More recently, MEGAFAIR has expanded into the RNG space with the launch of Crazy Zeus Run - a narrative-driven slot title inspired by the mechanics of mobile hits like Monopoly Go. While MEGAFAIR started as a skill game company, it has evolved into a unique content company for iGaming - shifting not from skill to RNG, but from skill to unique content in general.

The Global Matchmaking Advantage

One of MEGAFAIR's most technically distinctive features is its proprietary global matchmaking system. In a traditional P2P game format, low player numbers can kill the experience - but MEGAFAIR solves this in a way no competitor has. The system pools players across multiple operators into shared rooms, ensuring robust competition even with fewer participants per individual platform - reducing operator costs while delivering fair and engaging gameplay.

MEGAFAIR leverages advanced cloud topologies and AI models to ensure the best possible matches, pairing players based on experience level and time in the system rather than simply throwing newcomers against veterans.

MEGAFAIR Awards
