Twist by Astriona is a spin-based ring progression game where you build up win multipliers across three elemental rings - Fire, Water, and Earth - by spinning a central reel and landing on one of five possible outcomes. Each spin can push your rings forward, leave them unchanged, or set them back. Know when to cash out, because the Skull can undo hard-earned progress in an instant.

Step 1: Set Your Bet

Adjust your desired stake anywhere between $0.10 and $200 using the + and – buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Press the Spin Button

Press the large spin button in the centre of the screen to start the reel. The single reel slot at the heart of the three rings will spin and randomly land on one of five possible outcomes:

• 🔥 Fire – Advances the outer Fire ring forward by one segment
• 💧 Water – Advances the middle Water ring forward by one segment
• 🌿 Earth – Advances the inner Earth ring forward by one segment
• 💨 Wind – No effect, a dead spin. Ring progress remains exactly as it is
• 💀 Skull – Reverses all three rings back by one segment each

Step 3: Build Your Multipliers

Each element ring contains a series of progressively larger multipliers across its segments. Every time a ring advances, the next multiplier along that ring is unlocked and added to your total potential payout. The further you progress across all three rings simultaneously, the larger your combined cashout value grows.

Step 4: Cash Out

Once at least one segment on any ring is unlocked, the Cash Out button becomes available. Press it at any point to collect your full current payout and return to the start for a new round.

Once at least two segments on any ring are unlocked, a second option becomes available - Part Cash Out. This awards a portion of your total winnings as an immediate cash payment, while keeping the game active. Note that using Part Cash Out sacrifices one segment of progression across all rings, so weigh it up carefully before using it.

Step 5: Complete the Earth or Water Ring

Fill every segment of either the Earth or Water ring and you'll receive an immediate cash payout for that ring's full completion. The ring then reverts back to one segment less than complete, and the game continues.

Step 6: Complete the Fire Ring - Bonus Round

Fill every segment of the Fire ring and the Bonus Round is triggered. A prize wheel appears, loaded with large instant win multiplier prizes. The wheel spins and wherever it lands, the corresponding multiplier is awarded as an immediate cash prize. After the bonus round concludes, you're returned to the base game with your ring progression intact.

The default theoretical Return to Player (RTP) is 98% and the maximum multiplier is unknown.

Twist takes inspiration from the recent wave of interest in this new fast format, single slot style progressive game. Astriona have made a familiar experience with their release, repeating styles and graphical concepts already discoverable through other game providers. The game mechanics are solid, the RTP feels fair and the game can actually run very fast. If you combine the “press and hold” style autoplay with the turbo mode button to increase animation speed, you get some very fast bets and game progression.

Unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to unlock the bonus round for completing the fire element ring, so we can't comment on its performance or the overall experience. However, we believe that it will be similar to others where a bonus wheel of 5 segments appears, offering cash prizes upwards of the 300x - 500x mark.
