In KO Million you place a bet to start the round, striking your opponent with either left or right hand punches to try to increase your win total. Successful strikes unlock bigger wins, but a single counter strike from your opponent will immediately end the round and your bet is lost. Cash out at the right time to collect your win before you're knocked out. Below is a step-by-step guide to playing KO Million.
Step 1: Choose your bet amount
Set your bet amount anywhere from $0.12 to $200. Use the quick bet size buttons to adjust by the values of 2, 5, 10 or 20. You can also manually type your exact bet value into the input field.
Step 2: Select your difficulty mode
There are four difficulty options to play – Easy, Medium, Hard and Hardcore. Difficulty modes represent the game's volatility. Higher difficulty has a lower probability of winning, but a higher max win potential and a faster multiplier increase for each successful strike. When a round has started on any given difficulty, you can't change it until the round is complete.
Step 3: Press play to strike!
Press play to submit your bet and strike your opponent for the first time. The initial strike is automatic, and you can't choose left or right hand.
If the strike lands and your opponent takes the blow, you unlock the first step on the win score ladder. If your opponent blocks and counters the strike, you immediately lose and must place a new bet to play.
Step 4: Cash out or keep striking
At this step the round will follow a familiar pattern until you either cash out, lose by a counter strike from your opponent, or you reach the final step of the score ladder and claim the max win.
When cashing out, you are immediately credited your bet value multiplied by the value indicated on the score ladder. For example, if your bet is $10 and the step ladder value is ×5, you win $50.
If your opponent counters your strike and you lose, all progression along the score ladder is reset and your bet is lost.
If you reach the final step on the score ladder, you are immediately credited the win like a normal cash out and the round is over.

The default theoretical Return to Player (RTP) is 95.5% and the maximum win is unknown for KO Million. The max win value changes depending on the difficulty mode.
Below are the key game features of KO Million by InOut Games:
- POV Fight Simulator: KO Million is designed around a fighting simulator, putting you in the boxing ring against four different opponents with varying levels of difficulty.
- Score Ladder: Each successful strike moves you one step along the score ladder. Losing a round by a counter strike resets your progress.
- Difficulty Modes: The four difficulty modes change the game's volatility. Play low difficulty for more frequent and smaller wins, and high for infrequent bigger wins. The opponent character changes for each mode.
- Left or Right Strike: It's up to you to choose to strike your opponent with the left or right hand. Use the simple triggers on either side of the cash out button to choose which hand to strike with. This has no outcome on the round, it's purely an interactive option.
- Provably Fair: Verify the outcome of rounds using the provably fair menu. This proves results were locked in before the play began, meaning 3rd party interference can be ruled out for any given round.
- Bet History: Check your previous bet results using the Bet History menu. From here you can see your bet amount, win amount, win multiplier and the timestamp. You can also enter the provably fair information screen for the round from this bet history menu.
- Live Wins Display: See the wins from other players on the live wins bet ticker display. Live Wins will show the total players online and a feed of winning bets in real time.

KO Million is fully built for mobile gameplay. Using HTML and JavaScript, the game can be loaded and enjoyed on most modern web browsers on your mobile device.
KO Million was a lot of fun to test, and a new game concept for us we haven't seen before from InOut Games or other providers.
It follows the same crash game mechanics as other titles where each winning move unlocks the next score ladder multiplier, however the visual is engaging in a totally different way. We even have the option to strike out with the left or right hand. For sure, this has no impact on the outcome of the round, but it's fun nonetheless.
Each difficulty also changes the character you're facing in the ring. Lower difficulties have far less intimidating looking opponents, whereas when playing hardcore mode you will face off against a pretty mean looking guy.
One unfortunate thing about KO Million however is we can't scroll through the score ladder on mobile or desktop to peek ahead at the upcoming win multipliers, or even see the max win potential for each difficulty. This is pretty standard for InOut Games to have this feature, so we're not sure why this was overlooked or removed from KO Million specifically.
Playing the game allowed us to test out the volatility of each difficulty mode, realising very fast that the harder difficulties were going to be particularly unforgiving. Wins are significantly less frequent, but the rate of the score increasing along the ladder was also far greater. A fair tradeoff, but not one that all players would be willing to grind through.
