The goal of Moneyplane is to beat each round by successfully cashing out your bet before the round ends – this is called the “crash”. Each round a paper plane is sent soaring through the clouds, while a rising multiplier starts counting up from ×1.00 all the way up to a ×10,000 maximum value. At any time, even at ×1.00, the round can crash which takes all bets that failed to cash out. Beat the crash to win your bet amount multiplied by the value of the rising multiplier at the time of cash out. Below is a detailed breakdown of the Moneyplane gameplay steps.

Step 1: Set your bet amount

Bets can be placed anywhere from $0.10 to $100. Type in your bet amount directly into the bet size field, or nudge it higher or lower using the + and - buttons. You can place up to three bets at the same time to run on a single round. Bet values can be unique across all three bet panels. To enter the round about to start, you must enter your bet before the pre-round countdown ends.

Some casino operators may allow larger max bet amounts. This depends on the casino and their exposure limit.

Step 2: Watch the round begin

After the pre-round completes, your bet is locked in and the round starts. The paper plane soars into view and starts ascending into the clouds, alongside a rising multiplier which begins at ×1.00, potentially rising all the way to its maximum value of ×10,000. Your bet panels will now read Cash Out, along with your bet's winning value updating in real time relative to the value of the rising multiplier.

Step 3: Cash out before the crash

It's now up to you when you want to cash out. Press the Cash Out button on your active bets when you are ready, and your bet value is immediately multiplied by the value of the rising multiplier at the time you cashed out, and credited to your balance. You are now unable to continue with the round, however the rising multiplier can still increase before crashing and starting a new round.

The default theoretical Return to Player (RTP) is 97.0% and the maximum multiplier is ×10,000.

This is the very first crash game release from Hacksaw, despite having entered the instant win game genre some years ago with their Dare2Win game series. Moneyplane takes a slightly different game series name however with Bail2Win, acknowledging the cash out mechanic which is fundamental to crash. This hints at more to come.

As a first release, Moneyplane is incredibly solid and even offers something more that most crash games don't have – three betting panels instead of two, with complete automation functionality for set and watch strategy building. This core understanding of the player and how important crash game strategy can be, is a good sign that future releases will also push the bar with the game features for players.

Moneyplane is fast and entertaining to watch, with a quick pre-round countdown and a low performance but lively flight of a paper plane through the clouds. The paper plane is a nice money bill green set against the classic deep blue seen in most other instant win games from Hacksaw.

After many rounds of testing we found our session to have a nice spread of small wins, instant crashes and moderate to big wins – we never found the math frustrating to play against. The distribution of round outcomes when testing for us was noticeably fair.

I think even for veteran crash players who probably spend their time betting on Aviator or JetX, this game could be a great new way to freshen up the crash game experience and offer a new way to play with the three bet panels vs the standard two.
