Kick & Goal by Pixmove

The aim of Kick & Goal by Pixmove is easy enough to learn. Place a bet to kick the soccer ball far across the field. As it soars through the air, the ball will collide with various floating objects which have an effect on your total score and the flight path of the ball. Winning symbols increase the win counter and send the ball higher and further. Losing symbols halve the total win counter and aim the ball towards the ground. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Set your bet value

Configure your bet value anywhere from $0.10 to $200. Bets value can be increased or decreased by using the “+” and “-” buttons, or by opening the full bet menu screen by selecting “bet” at the bottom of the game page.

Step 2: Choose your rounds animation speed

You can increase or decrease the animation speed of the round by clicking the arrow button near the main play button at the bottom of the game page. Each speed is indicated by the number of arrows highlighted after pressing the button. There are 3 speeds you can choose from. The speed of the game animation doesn’t have any effect on the RTP or outcome of the game.

Step 3: Place a bet!

Press the play button to commit your wager and begin the round. The striker will kick the ball, sending it up into the air high above the green of the soccer pitch. The ball begins with a win counter equal to your bet value.

As the ball moves through the air it is going to collide with various objects. Each object has both an impact on the win counter and on the flight path of the soccer ball. The three object types the ball can collide with are:

• Simple number (without x) - This value adds your bet amount multiplied by itself to your win counter. For example, if your bet amount is 10, and you collide with a simple 5, your win counter will increase by 50 (10 x 5) and you will have a total of 60. The soccer ball will be launched higher into the air.
• Multiplier Trophy (with x) - This multiplies your total win counter by its displayed value. For example, if your win counter is 60 and you collide with a Trophy displaying a 4x, your total win counter is multiplied by 4 (60 x 4) and your new win counter will be 240. The soccer ball will be launched higher into the air.
• Red Flares - Colliding with a Flare will halve your total win counter. For example, if your win counter is 240 and you collide with a Flare, your win counter will drop to 120. If you collide with another Flare directly after, your win counter will drop to 60. Colliding with a Flare will also send the soccer ball hurtling towards the ground.

Eventually the ball has to come back down to the ground. Once the ball comes to a stop on the green of the soccer pitch the round is over. However, for the round to be a win the soccer ball MUST land in the net of the goals.

If the ball lands inside the goals, the remaining win counter value is your win total. This is immediately credited to your balance. If the ball lands anywhere outside of the goals, the round is lost and any remaining win counter value is forfeited.

The default theoretical Return to Player (RTP) is 95.0% and the maximum multiplier is 788x.

Below are the key game features of Kick & Goal:

• Multiplier Trophies: Trophy symbols are the most valuable symbol to collect, effectively multiplying your total win counter by the displayed trophy value. Consecutive Trophies collected can quickly boost up your win counter.
• Red Flares: Flares are the danger symbol. Avoid colliding with them, as they halve your total win counter score and aim the soccer ball down towards the pitch.
• Game Speed Control: Use the arrow button on the main game screen to cycle through the 3 game animations speed options. You can change the speed of the animation before or during rounds. The speed of the game animation only affects the visuals, this has no impact whatsoever on the rtp or round outcome.
• Autoplay: Use the autoplay menu to quickly select anywhere from 10 to an infinite number of game rounds to play out in automatic succession. Your bet value is confirmed prior to starting the rounds and can not be changed while autoplay is turned on.

Sometimes the win counter will build up to a massive win total, only for us to collide with endless flares or miss the goals at the end. Similarly, sometimes we managed to rapidly collect many Trophies in succession and quickly capture a nice win. Each and every round felt truly unique and we could never predict if it would end in a winning or losing bet.

The game tested great on both laptops and mobile devices. The desktop view was high quality and suited the widescreen view just nicely. When testing on mobile browsers we were also surprised by how quickly the game was up and running ready to start. We didn’t experience any device heating issues or lag due to graphic demand.
