In Toon Crash, you bet on the escape distance of a cartoon character running away with a bag of money. While he gets away on a rocket, a multiplier counts up and up from 1.00x to 125x. However, the rocket he rides on can also explode anywhere from 1.00x to 125. You need to try and cash out before it explodes to secure your win, and any player who doesn’t cash out will lose the round. This is a game of luck, timing and greed. Will you dare let it run up and up to try to cash out a massive win? Or will you secure smaller, more safe wins to build your balance up over time? Step 1: Set your bet amount

Bets can be placed anywhere from $0.50 to $250. Use the “+” and “-” buttons next to the bet value field to adjust your bet size. Or, open the bet selector menu by clicking the value in the field, where you'll see all possible bet sizes on a table to pick from

You can place up to two bets on a single round by opening up another betting panel by clicking the green “2nd Bet” icon next to the first betting panel. This allows dual betting, where two independent bets can run simultaneously on the same round, each allowed to have unique bet values and cash out times.

Step 2: Submit your bet and start the round

Press the green “bet” button to commit your bet. You have 6 seconds between rounds to ready your bet. During this time you can cancel the bet if you want to make an adjustment and resubmit. The button will turn red and say “Cancel” if this option is still available. Once the pre-round countdown is finished any committed bets are locked in.

Step 3: Cash out your bet

The cartoon character will steal the bag of money, jump on the red rocket and start escaping fast. While he remains on the rocket the coefficient will steadily increase. The goal now is to cash out before the rocket explodes! This can happen at any moment from 1.00x (right at the very beginning) to 125x. In the case where the rocket blows up at 1.00x, all players lose the round.

You will see the “Bet” button is now orange and says “Cash Out” with the true cash out value increasing in real time as the rising multiplier counts up and up. When you press this, your bet is collected while the round continues to play out. Your win is equal to your bet multiplied by the coefficient at the time you cashed out.

If the rocket explodes (the round crashes) before you cash out, you lose the round and your bet is forfeited. You can try again with a new bet.

The default theoretical Return to Player (RTP) is 97.0% and the maximum multiplier is 125x.

Toon Crash is developed on HTML5 and JavaScript, which means your game will run flawlessly on most modern mobile browsers. You don’t need to download anything, simply launch the game from your browser and start playing. Toon crash is actually a mobile-first game design, and offers the same vertical portrait view to players on desktop.

Overall Toon Crash looks, sounds and feels like a very polished crash game. There’s plenty to highlight here as well some things that could be reconsidered (from our point of view anyway)

Firstly, the nudge towards Looney Tunes is awesome. The art style, sounds and animations have the same look and feel of the cartoons from the past. It’s so good to see this style of visual recreated for a fun crash game experience. The coyote looking character escaping on a flying rocket is exactly what we might have seen in an episode of Road Runner back in the day.

Also, the game is designed for mobile players in mind, and KingMidas haven’t created a widescreen version of the game - simply its given a black border on desktop to fit the widescreen frame. This isn't exactly a bad thing, as it's still more than playable as a portrait game on desktop, and the vast majority of players are going to be accessing it on their mobile devices. This means that the UI is meticulously designed to ensure we have the best experience on the device we’re most probably going to use, and it works!

As well, KingMidas have thrown in emoji reactions, live leaderboards that reset each day, a live bet ticker and we can see players in the lobby cashing out in real time as they fly out of the money sack as a little coin symbol. The social and multiplayer side of this game is very well done and doesn't get in the way of the main game too much.

However, we wonder why (like some of their other releases) they decided to cap the game at a 125x max win? For a game that’s really well rounded we wonder why they wouldn't open it up to the players who want to chase intense win multipliers of 10,000x and more?
