Players start by choosing their bet value, ranging anywhere from $0.10 to $100 per round. Tiles on the game page may then be selected to be opened once the game starts. The player must select at least one and no more than 22 tiles to be opened.
When starting the round, the player has the option to turn on ‘Continue Play’ mode. Leaving this off means that once the round starts, the player is unable to select any further tiles after the initial result. If ‘Continue Play; is turned on, the player can either cash out, or make further selections after the initial result.
During the round the player can reveal either a Blue, green or Gold gem. Blue gems are the normal tile and have no special condition other than a win. Green gems add +1% to the multiplier total and Gold gems add +25% to the multiplier total. If a player reveals a bomb, the round immediately ends with any winnings being removed.
The default theoretical Return to Player (RTP) is 96% and the maximum multiplier is 2,184x.

1Tap Mines is a quick and fun Mines game which may or may not appeal to some players. It’s limited to a standard 3 mines on the grid per round and can not be configured more or less. Instead, it offers the players random enhanced or ‘boosted’ gems that can be revealed for up to an extra 25% multiplier. Despite the limitation on the amount of bombs, we found it quite fun.
